Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Times:

• Within EU: 3-7 business days
• Outside EU: 7-14 business days
• Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak seasons

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK
• Standard shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

Tracking:

• All orders include tracking
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Customs & Duties:

• EU orders: No additional customs fees
• Non-EU orders: Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Please contact us within 14 days if your package is lost or damaged
• We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct
• We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
